NOTICE

TO THE RESIDENTS OF BETHEL TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Bethel Township will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Bethel Township Municipal Building located at 60 Klahr Road, Bethel Township Berks County, Pennsylvania, to consider the following applications:  

Nathan & Andrew Martin are requesting a Special Exception to allow the outdoor storage/parking of construction equipment at a property located at 793 Frystown Road within the Agricultural Preservation Zoning District. Relief is being sought from but not necessarily limited to §1030.06, for a non-conforming use.

Jordan Martin is requesting multiple variances to construct 2 hoop greenhouses for retail sales at a property located at 8601 Old Route 22 within the Commercial Zoning District. Relief is also being sought from but not necessarily limited to lot size, lot coverage, parking.

A copy of both applications is available for inspection at the Township Building.  All interested persons are urged to attend.
