TO THE RESIDENTS OF BETHEL TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Bethel Township will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Bethel Township Municipal Building located at 60 Klahr Road, Bethel Township Berks County, Pennsylvania, to consider the following applications:

Rushtown Poultry is requesting a Special Exception for the construction of an Egg Breaker Facility as a Light Industrial Use for a property located at 2041 Camp Swatara Road (Parcel ID# 30349118417657) within the Commercial Zoning District. Relief is also being sought from but not necessarily limited to §308, to allow the use on greater than a 5 Acre parcel.

A copy of the application is available for inspection at the Township Building. All interested persons are urged to attend.
