SR 0645-02B Camp Swatara Road over Little Swatara Creek Bridge Replacement

This letter serves as formal notice that Kinsley Construction, LLC is scheduled to implement the proposed detour in order to commence construction activities for ECMS 85670 SR 645 Camp Swatara Road over Little Swatara Creek Bridge Replacement Project.  The project is located at approximately 40°26’38.7″N, 76°19’54.7″W within Bethel Township and Tulpehocken Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.  Implementation of the detour and associated road closure is scheduled to begin on January 6, 2026. In accordance with the contract documents, Camp Swatara Road will be
closed to traffic for a duration of 254 calendar days and is scheduled to be reopened to traffic on September 16, 2026.
