TO THE RESIDENTS OF BETHEL TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Bethel Township will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Bethel Township Municipal Building located at 60 Klahr Road, Bethel Township Berks County, Pennsylvania, to consider the following applications:
DAB Associates is requesting a Special Exception to operate a commercial office at a property located at 1300 Little Mountain Road within the Agricultural Preservation Zoning District. Relief is also being sought from but not necessarily limited to §1043.01 regarding a 3rd Principal Use.
Jennifer Hershey is requesting a Special Exception to operate a Wedding Venue as a Home Premises Business at a property located at 359 Schubert Road within the Residential Zoning District. Relief is also being sought from but not necessarily limited to
A copy of both applications is available for inspection at the Township Building. All interested persons are urged to attend.
